At Crafted we offer UK delivery between 3-5 working days dependant on location.
You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days, with refunds issued to the original payment method. Personalised items and sale/markdown products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact us through the contact button on our website or via our social media channels
