Delivery Information

When can I expect my order?
At Crafted, we offer UK delivery between 3-5 working days, depending on location. Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to courier delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Crafted is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking details via email. If you don't receive this, please contact us through the contact button on our website or via our social media channels.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
The shipping date for the pre-order product will be provided in the product description. If you have other items in your order, they will be held to allow all items to be shipped together. You will be contacted for an updated shipping date.
Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?
If you want to send something as a gift, you can use their address as the delivery address for your order. Our orders are beautifully packaged with gift boxes and tissue paper, and we do not include prices in the package. You might want to give the recipient a heads-up so they know to expect a parcel!

Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order within 5 hours of placing it. Just contact our customer service through the contact button on our website or via our social media channels, and we'll do our best to amend the order. This also applies to pre-order products.

How do I return or exchange my order?
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only. We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on personalised products or sale/markdown items. For exchanges (except for faulty items), you'll need to arrange and pay for the return postage. Once we receive the item, the new one will be shipped immediately.
What if my item is faulty?
We inspect items carefully before dispatch. Faulty items will only be accepted if they were faulty when delivered to you. Please contact us via the contact button on our website or through social media, and we'll arrange a return for a refund or replacement if necessary. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and we recommend using recorded or special delivery for returns. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
What if I receive the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product, we apologise! Please contact us via the contact button on our website or through our social media channels, providing your order number and details of the mistake, and we'll assist you with the return process.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
